C2C Cook County Jail – Newest program

Come out and be a part of Prison Ministry at the Pontiac Correctional Facility. We host ministry to those preparing to be released. You can participate as a one-time volunteer or apply to be a permanent volunteer. It is an interactive learning group for men willing to change their lives for Christ. We meet with the men on Mondays twice a month.

Purpose

Convicted2Change® is a 12-month faith-based program that allows individuals to learn, using a comprehensive biblical approach, how to prepare for their successful transition back into the community. Convicted2Change® provides the tools necessary for critical decision making, cognitive behavioral change, life skills development and spiritual transformation.

Mission

To create a conducive environment for men to come and grow, through spiritual transformation, be empowered so that they may serve their family and community.
